Self-Care Sound Bath at Liberty Station | May 31

Join us for a sound bath on the evening of Saturday May 31st. Give yourself and/or somebody else the gift of time for self-care. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to reduce stress, recharge, and balance your energies.

Bring a blanket or mat to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, and an extra blanket. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and bring water to stay hydrated.

All are welcome but space is limited. No experience is necessary.

The sound bath will take place at The Rosin Box Project which is a dance studio on the 2nd floor in the Dorothea Laub Dance Place building in the Arts District of Liberty Station.

As a courtesy to the organizer and other attendees, please arrive on time. The session will start at 5:30pm. Consider weekend traffic on the roads and allow time to find parking and the studio.
